It’s officially November, and the holiday season is upon us! We also get the privilege of celebrating our church’s 15th Anniversary services in a couple of weeks. This email has A LOT of information about the next couple of months.

I Love My Church Sermon Series

On Wednesday, we completed our I Love My Church sermon series. This series discussed how to live out our faith and demonstrate our love for God and His church by living in community with each other, through giving of our time, talent & treasure, and through sharing our faith with others. If you missed any of these messages, I strongly encourage you to watch them (the viewing links are listed below).

We are currently in the midst of a 40 Day Tithing Challenge. If you are not yet giving God the first ten percent of your increase, why don’t you take this challenge and watch how He blesses you? We have listed links below for budgeting resources as well, to help you honor God in your finances.

All-Church Work Day: Saturday, Nov 12 at 9am

We have less than 2 weeks until our Anniversary Services, and we are working hard to get the building completed and ready for our guests. On Saturday, we will have an All-Church Work Day, and there will be work that anyone age 10 and up can help with.

Prior to that workday next Saturday, we have a number of projects that need to be done in the coming week, including:

-Sanding & painting cabinets

-Trimming shrubs & trees

-Cutting & changing stained ceiling tiles

-Spreading gravel when it gets delivered this week

If you can do any of these items BEFORE SATURDAY, please contact us ASAP. If you can come to the workday, please sign up.

15th Anniversary Services

Friday, Nov 18 at 7:30pm with Dr. David K. Bernard

Sunday, Nov 20 at 10:30am with Rev. Nathan Scoggins

We can’t wait to celebrate this monumental milestone for our church! These services would be a wonderful opportunity to invite friends and family. There are also some volunteer opportunities for these services. We need ushers, and people to help with set up, serving, and tear down for receptions after both services. Please complete the form to let us know if you would like to serve in any of these capacities.
